Cheat Sheet For Diet-Friendly Fast Food
We’ve all been there…you get to a certain point in your day where you know you’re not cooking and fast food is looking like the best option. Would it be healthier to stay home and cook? Yes, but sometimes it’s not worth the stress. There have been plenty of nights where I have perfectly good food at home to make, but it just sounds like too much work!
If you have to eat fast food, it’s good to know what healthy (sometimes just healthy-er) options there are so you can stay on track to a healthier you. While the burgers and fries definitely sound better…at least to me, try some of these more calorie friendly foods at some of your favorite fast food joints.

Five Guys
Sooo….yeah, this isn’t the place to go if you’re trying to be healthy. Go here when you want a fat burger, a copious amount of fries and a thick shake. That’s when you go to Five Guys. You could get the Veggie Sandwich or a Grilled Cheese but then why would you even GO?
So that’s my Diet-Friendly Fast Food cheat sheet! Yes, I’m aware that not all the fast food restaurants are included, I really spoke from experience here. These are the restaurants that I frequent and love, so I wanted to share with you some of the more healthier options I go for when I’m feeling guilty about other unhealthy choices.
If you didn’t see a restaurant that you go to often and know of a healthy (or healthier) choice that you always go for, share it in the comments! I’d love to hear what you have to say.
I also know these are all calorie based and there are other considerations when it comes to specific diets and restrictions…but let’s be honest, if you’re gluten free, keto, or even paleo you have a good idea of what you’re able to eat at these places (or you avoid them because they are not friendly to you). AGAIN please feel free to share! Knowledge is power <3
