5 Kick-Ass Workouts for Quarantined Gym Rats
I have absolutely been LOSING IT not being able to go to the gym. I wouldn’t even classify myself as a genuine gym rat, so I can’t imagine how y’all are feeling.
Knowing I can’t go to the gym has left me demotivated, lethargic, and uninspired when it comes to thinking of workouts.
So where did I turn to? Pinterest of course!
There are some wonderful people out there who have already come up with fun and effective workouts, so there’s no need to think anymore. Just go on a search and find one that fits me! Here are my top 5 (and some modifications I made for my wrist injuries).
